Body for Life is Done
Yes, I have completed my 12 week Body for Life Challenge and I am happy to say it was a success, but boy am I glad it is done. I had a goal to lose 8lbs. and I lost 11lbs, so yeah. Not only did I lose weight but it also taught me a thing or two about exercise and diet that I hope I will carry with me, but I will not be on a diet any longer, it's not my thing. I will keep exercising because I like it (sort of).

Way to go, I'm sure you are glad to have the diet over with. I like the excercising part.
Good for you! You are a good example to me. I need to get motivated! Blogging about yummy rolls, diet and exercise on the same page just doesn't seem right...
Good job for sticking with it. After going to Walmart at midnight the other day and seeing what people had in their carts and the overweight children standing by those carts, I have gained some desire to exercise. Not trying to be mean about overweight children, my pediatrician just said it is becoming a huge problem in America. So I've vowed to do something so my children and I don't end up that way. So I may see you at Tae-bo just yet. :)
