To those of you who were unable to make it to this little reunion, please know that we thought about you and we miss you all.
For this little get together, I made my friend Tanyas always popular Corn Salsa. Some folks wanted the recipe, so here it is:
1 can of corn (drained)
1 can of black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
1 bunch of green onion (sliced and chopped)
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
3 tomatoes (chopped)
2 avacados (chopped)
1 package of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing (made according to package directions)
Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.

Sounds like fun! I make that same salsa it is sooooooo yummy!
It was so fun, but I wish I was able to talk to you more, it's hard with kids running all around.

So this is pretty random, but do I know you? I know every person in that pic and was at Ricks with all of them. Tony, Rick and Barf (and Dan in your comments) and I lived in Delta Phi at the same time, played sports together, went bridge jumping and to the dunes, etc. My wife even does Nancy's hair still. This is weird. And to add to the weirdness, I found your blog through another Ricks friend, Amy (Hyland) Barneck. It's a dang small world.
I came back and looked at your blog some more and I recognize you now. Probably from you being around Delta Phi. I haven't seen Rick in forever and Nancy and Barf it's been since Tony's wedding. I see Tony a few times a year since we live 15 minutes away. That's cool you and Amy are friends. We were friends my first year at Ricks and then got caught up about a year ago. Ricks definitely makes the world smaller.
Ok so I totally remember Barf! He wouldn't know ME, but how do you forget a guy named Barf?
I found you via a comment on Jen & Rick's blog about this reunion. I don't know if you'd remember me, but I remember seeing you around Delta Phi and I can hear you laughing for some reason?! I lived at Colonial and was friends with these guys, too. I love the picture you posted so I could see everyone. What a great reunion and hi to all of you! -Marisa
