Bunking Up and Becoming Big

So we are starting the process of getting ready for the baby. This means switching rooms. So far we have had enough rooms in the house for all the boys to have their own room, but with baby coming, this is no longer an option. Tanner and Isaac have always wanted to BUNK UP, so their wish was granted and they are now roomies. Things are going really good with them, it was a very easy transition.

That is not the only room switching we've been doing. We have also decided it would be good to move Noah to his new room now as well, and while we were at it, we thought lets move him to a BIG BOY bed (so crib will be ready for the baby). This transition has not gone as well, but not bad. The first night he cried for a few minutes before he fell asleep, then he woke up at 5:30 am and cried for an hour and a half. That day (thanks to loud brothers) he did not take a nap. Next night he did not cry at all when we layed him down, but he woke up at midnight and cried for only 5 minutes and then again at 5:30 (with just a few minutes of crying). Today he actually napped for 2 hours. So he is showing some progress. Hopefully another day or two and he will have this down.

It has now been 4 nights for Noah in his new room. The last 2 nights he has slept all throught the night. You may not agree with the tough love, let him cry attitude, but it sure works for us.

Awe...sweet little Noah. As long as he has his friends Mickey Mouse and Pooh Bear he will be fine in no time!
I'm glad Tanner and Isaac love being roomies. That is super cool! Does Tanner still get the top bunk?

I can't wait for my boys to be in bunkbeds! I already have the cute red and blue quilts for the future purchase. Trent will be 2 in Oct. and that's when I put them in a bed. I hope you don't mind that you are on my friend list on my blog?

I was just going to let you know I voted on your poll :) I am Amaras' sister. Our little sister is due right around when you are due. We voted for Sydney because I think we are going to steal Savanah. Did you ever see that Savanah Smiles movie? I forgot I LOVE that name :)
