Body for Life
So tommorrow I officially begin my new diet/exercise program. (The reason I mention it here on my blog is that maybe if people know I am doing it then I will keeep up with it. We will see if this way of thinking works.) So for a few months I was trying to do exercise without diet and it just wasn't working for me as well as I would have liked. So, me and some gals from the ward are starting the Body for Life challenge. It is a 12 week deally. It is a high protein diet with no junk food allowed, except one cheat day a week (that is the only reason I can do it, I need a cheat day). It also has 6 days a week excercise program that alternates between cardio and weights. Still not sure what I am going to do for the weight part since I don't have a gym memebership or a weight set, so there may be some improvising. It is only 12 weeks, so hopefully I can make it the whole time. Wish me luck.
