Body for Life

So tommorrow I officially begin my new diet/exercise program. (The reason I mention it here on my blog is that maybe if people know I am doing it then I will keeep up with it. We will see if this way of thinking works.) So for a few months I was trying to do exercise without diet and it just wasn't working for me as well as I would have liked. So, me and some gals from the ward are starting the Body for Life challenge. It is a 12 week deally. It is a high protein diet with no junk food allowed, except one cheat day a week (that is the only reason I can do it, I need a cheat day). It also has 6 days a week excercise program that alternates between cardio and weights. Still not sure what I am going to do for the weight part since I don't have a gym memebership or a weight set, so there may be some improvising. It is only 12 weeks, so hopefully I can make it the whole time. Wish me luck.

way to blog the Body for Life challenge. Glad I could help you with the weights. I think you should post your before photo. If you don't Amara will. hehehe

Maybe you will be my inspiration to get all buff! Keep us posted! Maybe you could post your progress.
